Astronova terms addendum

This addendum is part of the Yelkovan Terms of Use and sets out rules specific to the game Astronova: Space Chase.
1. In-game currency and items
The game has two in-game currencies: coins, earned by playing, and emeralds. Emeralds can be earned by watching rewarded ads, bought as in-app purchases or won as in-game rewards. Coins, emeralds and the characters, flags and skills they unlock have no real-money value; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account or person. They give you a licence to use them in the game.
2. Emerald packs
Emerald packs are consumable products: when you buy one, the emeralds are added to your in-game balance and are used up as you spend them. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Apple or Google takes the payment, and each purchase is subject to that store's terms. When the game opens, it re-checks purchases the store remembers but that have not been delivered yet.
Emeralds bought without signing in exist only on that device. If you sign in, your balance is backed up to your account.
3. Refunds
Refund requests go to the store you bought from; we can't issue refunds ourselves. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, the Google Play refunds page. If emeralds you bought were not added to your balance, first try the steps on the support page, then write to us with your order number if the problem continues. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4. Ads
The game shows banner and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and have a daily viewing limit. You can remove banner ads for good by spending emeralds; this does not remove the option to watch rewarded ads.
5. Leaderboards and fair play
- A pilot name can be up to 12 characters. Names that impersonate others, contain insults, hate, harassment or sexual content, or include personal information are not allowed.
- We may remove, without notice, scores that appear to come from cheats, a modified game or exploits, and names that break these rules.
- We may reset the leaderboards when needed.
6. Keeping your progress
If you play without signing in, your progress exists only on your device; if you lose the device or delete the game, that progress cannot be recovered. If you sign in, your progress is backed up to your account.
7. App Store users
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies. The Yelkovan Terms of Use and this addendum supplement it.
8. Google Play users
If you downloaded the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
