Telveli privacy addendum

This addendum is part of the Yelkovan Privacy Policy and covers what is specific to the Telveli: Coffee Reading & Tarot app. The controller, your rights and how to contact us are set out in the main policy.
In short
- You need an account to get readings: you sign in with email and password, or with Google.
- The photos (cup, palm) and details you send for a reading are passed to our AI provider, OpenAI, to write your reading. Photos are deleted from our server once your reading has been prepared.
- Your readings are kept in your account so you can read them again.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob and offers an optional subscription through RevenueCat; Google takes the payment.
- The app has no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
- You can delete your account in the app or by email.
1. Publisher
Telveli is developed by Yelkovan (Yiğit Özdemir). On Google Play the app appears under the developer name "A&Y Creations"; that name refers to the same developer.
2. Account
To create an account you enter your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. Google Firebase Authentication creates a user ID (UID) and stores your email address and, with Google sign-in, the name on your Google account. Your password is never sent to us in plain text. When you sign up with email, we may send a one-time code to that address to verify it.
A profile record linked to your account is kept in Google Cloud Firestore: your name; optionally your date, time and place (city) of birth and your zodiac sign; your app language; your token balance; your daily task and login streak; your Premium status; and your notification token. Under our database security rules only you can read this record through the app, and only our server can change your tokens and Premium status.
3. What you send for a reading
When you ask for a reading, depending on its type you send:
- Coffee cup reading: photos of your cup (and saucer, if you like), your name, the topic you ask about and, optionally, the text of an earlier reading.
- Palm reading: photos of your left and right palm.
- Tarot and playing card readings: the cards you pick, the topic and your name.
- Dream interpretation: what you write about your dream.
- Birth chart and star name reading: your birth date, time and city, or your name and a date.
- Love and friendship compatibility: your and the other person's names and zodiac signs. Only enter another person's details if they know and agree.
Photos are uploaded to Google Firebase Storage. Your request and its details are written to Firestore; our server (Google Cloud Functions, Europe) passes them to the AI provider and saves the text it returns as your reading. Photos are deleted from our server once your reading has been prepared, or once it is clear that it can't be. Your requests and readings (without photos) are kept until you delete your account.
Please make sure your photos don't show faces or other personal information. The app only uses photos you take or choose from your gallery.
4. AI provider (OpenAI)
Readings are generated with OpenAI's language models. To prepare your reading, the details above and links to your photos are sent to OpenAI's API service (USA). Under OpenAI's API terms this data is not used to train its models by default; OpenAI may keep API data for a limited time (up to 30 days) to monitor for abuse. Readings are generated automatically; they are not written by a person and not individually reviewed. You can send us an inappropriate reading with the "Report" button in the app; your report is stored with the reading's ID and text.
5. Ads (Google AdMob)
The free version shows banner and interstitial ads; watching rewarded ads is optional. Premium subscribers don't see ads.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob processes data such as device model, operating system, app information, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, ad interactions and the device's advertising ID. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to personalised ads with Google's consent form; you can change your choice in the app's settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Privacy → Ads in your device settings.

6. Subscription (RevenueCat and Google Play)
Telveli Premium is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions. Google Play takes the payment; your card details are never sent to us or to RevenueCat. Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat, which receives your account's user ID (UID), the product purchased and store transaction details. Our server checks your Premium status with RevenueCat.
7. Notifications
We may send a notification when your reading is ready and a few times a day (based on your language). For this, Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a device token, which is stored in your profile record. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
8. What we don't use
- The app has no analytics or crash-reporting software (SDKs).
- The app does not access your location (GPS), contacts or microphone. The camera is only used when you take a reading photo.

10. Retention and deletion
Reading photos are deleted once your reading has been prepared. Other data linked to your account is kept until you delete your account. How to delete and what is deleted: Telveli account and data deletion.
11. Children
Telveli is an entertainment app for adults and is not directed at children under 13. General rules about children are in the main policy.
