Telveli terms addendum

This addendum is part of the Yelkovan Terms of Use and sets out rules specific to the Telveli: Coffee Reading & Tarot app.
1. For entertainment only
Readings, horoscopes and other content in Telveli are for entertainment. They are not real predictions of the future and are not presented as such. They are not advice on health, money, investments, legal matters, relationships or other personal decisions; for decisions like these, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for any decision you make based on a reading.
2. Readings are written by AI
Readings are generated automatically by artificial intelligence; they are not written by a human fortune teller and not individually reviewed. Readings may be wrong, inconsistent, similar to each other or occasionally inappropriate. Report an inappropriate reading with the "Report" button on the reading screen or by email.
3. What you send
- Only send photos that are yours or that you have the right to use. Photos should not show other people's faces or personal information.
- In compatibility readings, only enter another person's name and zodiac sign if they know and agree.
- Don't use the app for illegal, harassing or harmful purposes, and don't try to disrupt the app or abuse the token system.
4. Tokens
Readings use tokens. Tokens are earned for free by opening the app daily, completing daily tasks and, optionally, watching rewarded ads; Premium subscribers get more tokens each day. Tokens have no real-money value and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. If a reading can't be prepared because of a technical error, the tokens spent are refunded. If we detect abuse, we may remove the tokens involved.
5. Telveli Premium
Telveli Premium is an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. It unlocks the premium readings (playing card reading, love compatibility and star name reading), gives you more daily tokens and removes ads. The price and period are shown in Google Play before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account, and the subscription renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
6. Refunds
Google takes the payment, so refund requests go through Google Play; we can't issue refunds directly. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Ads
The free version shows banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and have a daily viewing limit.
8. Changes to the service
We may change reading types, token prices and rewards, the AI model and the app's features from time to time. We won't change what a paid Premium period includes to your disadvantage during that period.
9. Google Play users
As you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
